How Does the Shipping Process Work? After you place an order for ByePest, our team will carefully prepare and pack your items. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped and is estimated to arrive safely within 7-20 business days. Please note: Due to high demand and current logistical conditions, unexpected delays of up to 30 business days may occasionally occur. We are making every effort to resolve any delays quickly and to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can closely monitor your package's journey.

  • Risk of Loss: All purchases of ByePest products are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are strictly not liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to a third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services).

  • Customer Responsibility for Address: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address at checkout. ByePest assumes no responsibility and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

  • Product Condition During Transit: While we take the utmost care in packaging our products, ByePest is not liable for any physical or chemical changes to the product caused by extreme temperatures, rough handling, or environmental factors during transit.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ByePest is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, local taxes, or delays caused by customs processing for international orders. All additional fees and legal clearances are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Waiver of Claims for Delays: Shipping times (7-20 business days) are estimated guidelines and are absolutely not guaranteed. ByePest shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed deliveries under any circumstances.
